The membership purchases at Khatoon Matrimonial are final, and we do not cancel or refund any membership fee. The membership expires with the termination of the profile. If a member wants to upgrade to a higher package, then the management team of Khatoon Matrimonial may adjust the money for the unused month. But, no refund will be made in case of membership upgrade in the last month. Refunds, if any, considering individual circumstances, will be made in Indian Rupees and will be proceed within a month. However, banks and the issuing authorities may deduct certain amount which doesn’t comes under the responsibilities of the service provider.
Use Debit/Credit Card and Net banking for online payment. Your membership plan will be activated within 48 hours. In case of any national or public or bank holidays and technical issue, the activation process may take longer. Once you pay for any membership and then decide to withdraw the money for your personal reason, refund is not possible. Hence, think repeatedly before investing in our membership package as once you pay the amount, we are not going to hold the responsibility for your decision.
